A next-generation home construction system engineered with proprietary components and intelligent interlocking devices that connect with easily acquired conventional building materials introducing a new way how homes will be constructed.

We will initially offer two architectural styles. A conventional ranch-style home and a contemporary style home.

Our system can meet regional code requirements throughout the 48 contiguous states. Our manufacturing system allows for efficient regional modifications via our adaptable assembly lines.

Our Homes employs a manufacturing-led construction approach designed to reduce material waste, improve quality control, and limit on-site environmental disruption. By optimizing component fabrication in a climate controlled facility and minimizing field labor and equipment requirements, the system supports more efficient use of resources and a smaller carbon footprint compared to conventional building methods.

Construction timelines depend on the size and configuration of the home; however, a typical 1,200 sf three-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath ranch model can be completed within a 10-day construction period. A weather-tight shell can often be finished in one to two days.

Our homes are primarily shipped in a complete home package by tractor-trailer container. The packaging and compact component design enable multimodal transport, including air and sea, expanding deployment options across diverse markets and site conditions.

Our product is a system-level solution that integrates independently tested, code-compliant components. Certifications are achieved by validating how components perform together as an assembled system. This approach reduces redundant testing, lowers cost, and accelerates compliance allowing us to meet or exceed applicable codes. This is the same certification logic used in structural assemblies, electrical panels, HVAC systems, and fire-rated wall assemblies—where compliance is established through a combination of listed components and assembly testing.

Our panelized construction technology supports expansive single-story home designs with no practical size limitations. To maintain efficiency and performance standards, our minimum configuration begins with our 600 square foot Rainfall Studio model.

Our homes can be constructed utilizing slab-on-grade foundations or wall foundations. Wall foundation options allow for basements or future lower-level space that can be completed later by ordering additional interior wall panels which will facilitate a rapid and efficient installation.

Compared to conventional home construction methods our homes are significantly easier and faster to build. Our systems are delivered in a containerized package that includes everything required for completion. The system utilizes interlocking panels designed for straightforward assembly. Easy to use “plug & play” electrical, plumbing, and ventilation systems are integrated within the interior and exterior wall panels reducing the need for specialized subcontractors.

Our component home system removes the need for cranes and heavy lifting equipment by enabling full ground-level assembly with a four-person crew—reducing equipment costs, labor risk, and scheduling delays.

We have developed one of the most efficient systems available for expanding existing homes. Panelized, ready-to-assemble packages and fully interchangeable components allow seamless integration with post-construction homes.

For a typical 1,200-square-foot ranch model, projected pricing is approximately $95–$115 per square foot, subject to configuration, regional factors, and market conditions.
