Our Homes employs a manufacturing-led construction approach designed to reduce material waste, improve quality control, and limit on-site environmental disruption. By optimizing component fabrication in a climate controlled facility and minimizing field labor and equipment requirements, the system supports more efficient use of resources and a smaller carbon footprint compared to conventional building methods.
Our product is a system-level solution that integrates independently tested, code-compliant components. Certifications are achieved by validating how components perform together as an assembled system. This approach reduces redundant testing, lowers cost, and accelerates compliance allowing us to meet or exceed applicable codes.
This is the same certification logic used in structural assemblies, electrical panels, HVAC systems, and fire-rated wall assemblies—where compliance is established through a combination of listed components and assembly testing.
Compared to conventional home construction methods our homes are significantly easier and faster to build. Our systems are delivered in a containerized package that includes everything required for completion.
The system utilizes interlocking panels designed for straightforward assembly. Easy to use “plug & play” electrical, plumbing, and ventilation systems are integrated within the interior and exterior wall panels reducing the need for specialized subcontractors.
For a typical 1,200-square-foot ranch model, projected pricing is approximately $95–$115 per square foot, subject to configuration, regional factors, and market conditions. The system is intended to support scalable, cost-efficient housing solutions for entry-level homebuyers and workforce housing
